It seems this is a replacement for Allan Smith, the writer of the ill-fated directive to L&F industry partners in September; no word on whether he is retiring or moving to another position.
From the earlier post when I was wondering “Who is Allan Smith?”:
As I have commented before, it’s hard to find who does what at NSDNR/L&F or anything about the backgrounds and qualifications of staff and Allan Smith does not show up on searches of the NSDNR/L&F website. However a separate Google search brought up a FOI document dated July 27, 2018 which has this organizational chart on it:
Don’t expect any info from L&F on who they hire, or anything about him or her or what he or she does… or any annual reports, or even a complete directory…
